Remote Patient Monitoring for Your Practice
We make it easy for you to provide outstanding care and get reimbursed for it
Remote patient monitoring (RPM) is a powerful tool to improve patient outcomes and build on the patient-physician relationship, making patients feel more supported in monitoring their health.
RPM has been shown to be effective in treating cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, diabetes and obesity.
What is RPM
By collecting patient data on FDA-approved medical devices, patients can send readings directly to a HIPAA compliant web based dashboard that physician and qualified care team members can access from a computer. This gives physicians the data you need to make diagnoses and can show fluctuations over time that would be missed with a single reading at an office visit.

Simplicity
Simplicity is at the core of our business concept and medical monitoring services. There will be no need for patients to install any application in their mobile devices for the purpose of transmitting their data. No smartphone, tablet or Bluetooth device is necessary either. All it takes is for a patient to press their blood pressure monitor button and step on their scale. Your medical staff won’t need to do any additional coordinating work, our team will perform each single operation: activation, service initialization, patient training and education, enrollment procedure, data transmission (to both care team and patients), emails, messages, calls, alerts, insurance billing on your behalf, and last but not least general and interventional maintenance.
