The CMX team provides step-by-step instruction assistance throughout enrollment, transmission reception and consultation for the first few patients or until medical staff is able to perform all operations with ease.

Full Service
CMX servers continuously receive all transmissions and automatically send an email twice a day to provider team members containing graphic reports of interactive engagement time in details. Our systems can be programmed to automatically send out text messages, emails and live automated calls to the patients, based on threshold readings and missing transmissions.
Devices
Upon enrollment, the patient will be provided with one or more transmitting devices that are ready for immediate use. The devices are battery operated and a set of batteries is included with purchase. CMX is responsible for device maintenance; faulty device will be readily replaced at no cost to provider.
