Twelve Anchors Health is looking to partner with you and make the quality of your patient care a priority, by becoming an integral part of your medical practice and operating in complete accordance with your own work methodologies. We perform our services discretely, in full respect of your work environment, by keeping interference to a bare minimum, through user-friendly, streamlined communication modalities.

We are responsible for the enrollment and training of the patients you select, as well as their physiological data collection and 24/7 continuous data transmission to your team through emails, texts, calls and alerts. You will have full access to our web portal so you can retrieve and analyze historical data collected from your patients, as well as have the option at any given time to autonomously enroll, train and educate the patients to the proper use of the devices. Upon your request, we will issue monthly invoices on your behalf and monitor reimbursements by medical insurance companies.
